Large-impact high ceilings and the front door being steps from the beach, the energy in the building is collectively calm, peaceful, and inspiring - making you want to stay all day & everyday. Winrose Park is the perfect place for content creators, photographers, brands, and anyone that needs a space that’s cool, comfortable, and private.
We appreciate simple beauty, calm & focused energy, and all of the beautiful details that life has to give.
Inspired by the pages of fashion magazines and socials media’s most beautiful interior designs, Winrose Park gives at-home cool-girl vibes with a bright and just enough minimal atmosphere.
Slow, not rushed. Focused, calm, and balanced. These are what we hope you feel when you're visiting our space.
To us, everything in life is quality over quantity, and that's exactly what we aim to achieve within the studio. We understand the importance and the connection between a calm mind and creative flow. Our goal is to help you tap into that while in our private atelier away from the rest of world. Pause. Feel. Create.
When is the best time for natural light in the studio?
The studio gets a lot of natural light from about an hour after sunrise to an hour before sunset and changes throughout the year. The sun rays are longest in the fall & winter months. Please check our instagram for pictures & time stamps.

Is the furniture included with my booking?
Yes, the furniture and decor are included in your booking. You are welcome to move around the furniture & decor but do so at your own risk. Please pick up the items and do not drag them on the floor. If you would like something moved ahead of time, please contact us prior to your booking and we will arrange this for you.

What is the parking like?
Free parking is available in front and behind the building. We will send you detailed arrival instructions, including parking info, the day before your session.

How accessible is the space?
The main studio is located on the second floor with stair access only. The ground floor studio/pop up space is street level with storefront access.

Do you allow pets?
Yes we do allow pets. We ask that they and their paws are nice and clean before entering the studio. You will be charged if there is any extra cleaning or damage during your session.

What if I need more time in the studio?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to extend your booking and we can do that for you if the space is available. If you would like to add time while you’re in your session, please message us to confirm availability. If you stay late without any notice you will be charged an overtime rate of 1.5x your hourly booking price.

Is the studio sound proof?
The studio is not soundproof but it is usually very quiet. Sunny weekends are louder, weekdays are usually very quiet.

Do you accommodate private events?
Yes we accommodate daytime events. If you would like to inquire about booking the space for your event please click here.
